Why don't you charge per seat like everyone else?
Because seat-based pricing punishes you for growing your team. A 10-person team pays the same as a 2-person team on Aigotchu. We make money on conversation volume — which scales with your business success, not your headcount.
What counts as one conversation?
A distinct user session. It begins when a visitor sends their first message and ends when the session closes — by resolution, timeout, or escalation to a human agent. Every message inside that session counts as one conversation, no matter how many back-and-forths.
How does the token passthrough actually work?
Every AI response uses tokens. We log the exact model used, input and output tokens, and the provider rate at the time of each call. At billing time, your invoice shows the actual cost we paid Anthropic — line-item, no markup. If Anthropic drops rates tomorrow, your next invoice reflects that automatically.
Is my customer data used to train AI models?
No. All processing routes through Anthropic's commercial API, which is explicitly excluded from training data policies. Your knowledge library, conversations, and customer data stay private. Enterprise customers receive a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) as part of the standard contract.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Upgrade anytime — the new platform fee prorates immediately and your new conversation rate applies the following period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No long-term lock-in.
What about HIPAA?
HIPAA compliance is on our roadmap for the Enterprise tier and requires a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Anthropic plus zero data retention enforcement. If your use case requires HIPAA today, let's talk — we'll tell you straight whether we're ready for it.
