01 / Workspace
Pick Basic or Pro
Your workspace tier locks the feature set and per-scrum rate. Basic Workspace ($99) for internal teams. Pro Workspace ($159) for client engagements. Each includes 1 scrum at its tier.
02 / Scrums
Pay per active day
Each scrum is one client engagement, retainer, or initiative. Billed per active day at the workspace's daily tier rate. Idle and archived scrums don't accrue charges — pay only for the days a scrum is actually being worked.
03 / AI Usage
Metered, never marked-up tokens
Conversations and Epic Builds priced as discrete events. Provider tokens passed through at cost. All billing reported to Account Console®.

Per-diem billing — scrums bill per active day, not per month. A scrum is "active" on a calendar day if any work item is created/updated, sprint state changes, comment is posted, or time entry is logged on that day. Viewing the board, running reports, and exporting data do not count as activity. The per-diem rate is the monthly rate divided by 30 — Basic add'l scrums are $0.97/day ($29/30), Pro add'l scrums are $2.97/day ($89/30), with Incubator scrums following the graduation table at the same daily-rate calculation. Workspace fees and AI usage are not per-diem — workspace is a flat monthly fee, AI is metered per event.
Each tenancy is tier-locked — Basic Workspaces run only Basic scrums, Pro Workspaces run only Pro scrums. Customers needing both run two tenancies; the second's workspace fee is waived but every scrum in it bills per-diem (no included scrum on a 2nd tenancy).
Small Business Incubator — verification required at enrollment via EIN and current business license. FTE count is a snapshot at enrollment; once enrolled, team members are unlimited (up to the 10-active-scrum cap). One enrollment per ownership group, verified by Market Rithm at signup; re-enrollment under a new tenancy is not permitted. AI usage and provider tokens billed at standard rates throughout the program. Workspace fee remains $99/mo through Year 4; per-scrum daily rate steps annually per the graduation table above ($0.97 / $1.63 / $2.30 / $2.97). Year transitions occur on the program anniversary date — a scrum active across a transition bills at the prior rate for days before the anniversary and the new rate for days after. At Year 5, full standard Pro Workspace pricing applies ($159 workspace + $2.97/day per add'l Pro scrum). Volume discounts apply on top of standard pricing only — they do not stack with Incubator graduation rates. All workspace fees, scrum-day charges, and AI usage are reported to Account Console® via API and billed by Account Console® on a single invoice.

Most AI work-breakdown tools take a one-line prompt and confidently produce nonsense. Epic Builder conducts a structured interview — pushing back on vague scope, asking clarifying questions, flagging unknowns rather than papering over them. The output is a defensible work breakdown with stories sized for actual sprint planning. The deliverable senior PMs charge $150/hour to produce, generated for $4 and a fifteen-minute conversation.

Price It Yourself
Plug in your team. The math runs live — your real scrumRithm bill, side-by-side with what the per-seat alternative would cost the same setup. Scrums are billed per active day; the calculator assumes every scrum is active for the full month. If your scrums cycle (start and end mid-month), your actual bill will be lower — only the days a scrum sees activity bill.

Calculator totals assume every scrum is active for the full month. Real billing is per-diem — only the days a scrum sees activity bill, so customers running shorter or cyclical engagements will pay less than the calculator shows. Competitor pricing per published vendor pricing pages, annual billing rates, verified April 2026. Use the Small Business Incubator dropdown above the Pro card if your company qualifies (under $5M revenue · under 25 FTEs at enrollment · ≤10 active Pro scrums · 1 enrollment per ownership group · EIN & business license verification) to see Pro features at the Year 1 rate of $29/scrum-month; full eligibility and graduation terms in section i. above. Asana counts external-domain client viewers as free guests; Jira, ClickUp, and Trello bill per-seat for everyone with project access. Add-on costs (Tempo, JSM, Confluence, ClickUp Brain) shown when natively required to match scrumRithm Pro feature parity. Provider tokens (Anthropic / OpenAI passthrough) not included in the Pro total — typical usage adds $20–$60/mo. Volume discounts on standard Pro per-scrum: 6–15 scrums 15% off, 16–30 scrums 25% off, 31+ contact sales. Volume discounts do not stack with Incubator graduation rates.

A program for the teams the per-seat industry prices out. A 7-user verified small business pays $128/mo at the Small Business Incubator's Year 1 rate — beating Asana ($175), Jira Premium ($131), and ClickUp + Brain ($189), and getting full Pro features that none of them include (no AI Epic Builder, no native ticketing, no perpetual scrum). Per-scrum rate steps up annually ($29 → $49 → $69 → $89) so customers graduate as they grow — never a price cliff. At the 50-user agency end, standard Pro Workspace at $1,060/mo wins outright — $190 under Asana, $515 under ClickUp + Brain, $602 under the Jira stack.
Small businesses get a real program. Agencies get the cheapest serious option. Both groups get the same product.
Small Business Incubator: 4-year graduation program, Pro features at $29/scrum in Year 1 (then $49/$69/$89 in Years 2–4, standard in Year 5+). Full eligibility terms in section i. above. Stack costs reflect typical agency configurations needed to match scrumRithm Pro feature parity. Tempo Timesheets, Jira Service Management, and Confluence are sold separately by Atlassian. ClickUp Brain is a per-seat add-on across the entire workspace. Asana Advanced base does not include native time tracking by client or service-desk-grade ticketing.

Trello and Jira Standard look cheap until you count seats. A 15-person team with 3 internal projects pays $113–$150/mo on per-seat tools — and gets no sprint board (Trello) or no AI at all (Jira Standard). scrumRithm Basic Workspace at $157/mo for the same setup gets full scrum methodology, native ticket intake, the resource library, and a glide path: when your first client engagement lands, add a Pro Workspace as a second tenancy — no additional workspace fee, only the new Pro scrums bill.
Pay for capability, not for headcount.
Jira Standard does not include Atlassian Intelligence; that requires Premium. Tempo Timesheets and JSM are sold separately by Atlassian regardless of Jira tier. Trello Premium time-tracking and ticketing require third-party Power-Ups or separate tooling. Each scrumRithm tenancy is tier-locked — Basic Workspaces run only Basic scrums. To run Pro scrums (AI Epic Builder, native ticketing, time tracking), customers add a Pro Workspace as a second tenancy; the second workspace fee is waived and only its scrums bill. All charges reported to and billed by Account Console®.
vii.
Scrum Volume Discounts
Volume discounts apply per workspace, on additional scrums only (the included scrum from your workspace fee doesn't count toward thresholds). Discounts apply to the per-diem scrum rate. Threshold is evaluated against the count of distinct add'l scrums billing in the period, not against scrum-days. Discounts do not stack with Incubator pricing.
Volume thresholds count distinct additional scrums billing in a period on a single workspace, not total scrums across multiple workspaces and not scrum-days. A customer running a Pro Workspace with 8 add'l Pro scrums plus a 2nd Basic Workspace with 4 Basic scrums gets the 15% discount on the 8 Pro add'ls (per scrum-day), not on the Basic scrums (which are below threshold). Each workspace is evaluated separately. Incubator Workspace per-diem rate ($0.97 in Year 1) is a program rate, not a discount, and does not stack with volume thresholds.

$997
At an effective per-engagement cost well under per-seat alternatives — Pro Workspace ($159) plus 7 add'l Pro scrums at the 15% volume discount, plus a free 2nd Basic Workspace — scrumRithm delivers capability competitors don't have, at a price under the closest comparable. ClickUp Business + Brain runs $1,575/mo for 75 seats with no Epic Builder; the full Jira stack with Tempo + JSM + Confluence runs $1,662/mo with no AI methodology layer and per-seat costs that scale with every new hire. Every Epic Build replaces 4–8 hours of senior PM time at $150/hour — the value layer dwarfs the subscription line.
The $997 figure assumes all 8 Pro scrums and both Basic scrums are active every day of the month. Under per-diem billing, scrums that aren't worked on a given day don't bill that day. An agency with project cycles, idle weeks, or short engagements would see a meaningfully lower bill than the full-month maximum shown here.

Native Integrations
scrumRithm™ doesn't sit in a silo. It's part of the Market Rithm platform — sharing identity, billing, and customer-facing surfaces with the rest of the suite. The two integrations below aren't add-ons or marketplace plugins; they're built into the same tenancy you already pay for.
FinTech · Billing & Customer Portal
One billing engine. Two directions.
Account Console® is the billing system that powers scrumRithm in two distinct ways. It bills you for scrumRithm — every workspace fee, scrum charge, AI conversation, and Epic Build is reported via API and rolled into a single Account Console invoice. And it lets you bill your clients — Pro Workspace time entries flow into Account Console as invoiceable line items, and your clients get a branded portal where they review work, approve invoices, and pay. One platform, two sides of every engagement.
Flow 1 (platform → you): scrumRithm usage events → Account Console® → your monthly invoice. Flow 2 (you → your clients): Pro Workspace time card → Account Console® invoice → client portal pays · funds reconcile back.
AI Customer Service & Scheduling
Tickets that triage themselves.
Aigotchu™ runs the conversational front door — handling client questions, qualifying intake, and scheduling — then drops triaged work directly into the right scrumRithm queue with the right team auto-assigned. The same Intelligent Ticketing System the comparison tables describe is powered by this loop. You don't need a separate help-desk tool.
Flow: Client asks Aigotchu™ → AI-guided intake → ticket lands in scrumRithm with team & priority set.
Account Console® and Aigotchu™ are separately licensed Market Rithm products. The integrations above are included with every scrumRithm tenancy at no additional charge. Standalone usage of Account Console® or Aigotchu™ as primary billing or customer-service platforms — beyond the scrumRithm integration surface — is priced separately under each product's own pricing sheet. Contact sales for bundled pricing across the Market Rithm platform.
