Per-diem billing — scrums bill per active day, not per month. A scrum is "active" on a calendar day if any work item is created/updated, sprint state changes, comment is posted, or time entry is logged on that day. Viewing the board, running reports, and exporting data do not count as activity. The per-diem rate is the monthly rate divided by 30 — Basic add'l scrums are $0.97/day ($29/30), Pro add'l scrums are $2.97/day ($89/30), with Incubator scrums following the graduation table at the same daily-rate calculation. Workspace fees and AI usage are not per-diem — workspace is a flat monthly fee, AI is metered per event.  Each tenancy is tier-locked — Basic Workspaces run only Basic scrums, Pro Workspaces run only Pro scrums. Customers needing both run two tenancies; the second's workspace fee is waived but every scrum in it bills per-diem (no included scrum on a 2nd tenancy).  Small Business Incubator — verification required at enrollment via EIN and current business license. FTE count is a snapshot at enrollment; once enrolled, team members are unlimited (up to the 10-active-scrum cap). One enrollment per ownership group, verified by Market Rithm at signup; re-enrollment under a new tenancy is not permitted. AI usage and provider tokens billed at standard rates throughout the program. Workspace fee remains $99/mo through Year 4; per-scrum daily rate steps annually per the graduation table above ($0.97 / $1.63 / $2.30 / $2.97). Year transitions occur on the program anniversary date — a scrum active across a transition bills at the prior rate for days before the anniversary and the new rate for days after. At Year 5, full standard Pro Workspace pricing applies ($159 workspace + $2.97/day per add'l Pro scrum). Volume discounts apply on top of standard pricing only — they do not stack with Incubator graduation rates. All workspace fees, scrum-day charges, and AI usage are reported to Account Console® via API and billed by Account Console® on a single invoice.

Build packs apply to AI Epic Builder runs only. Packs never expire. Pay-as-you-go pricing applies after pack depletion unless auto-replenish is enabled.

Calculator totals assume every scrum is active for the full month. Real billing is per-diem — only the days a scrum sees activity bill, so customers running shorter or cyclical engagements will pay less than the calculator shows. Add-on costs (Tempo, JSM, Confluence, ClickUp Brain) shown when natively required to match scrumRithm Pro feature parity. Provider tokens (Anthropic / OpenAI passthrough) not included in the Pro total — typical usage adds $20–$60/mo. Volume discounts on standard Pro per-scrum: 6–15 scrums 15% off, 16–30 scrums 25% off, 31+ contact sales. Volume discounts do not stack with Incubator graduation rates.

ClickUp Brain is a per-seat add-on across the entire workspace. Asana Advanced base does not include native time tracking by client or service-desk-grade ticketing.

Jira Standard does not include Atlassian Intelligence; that requires Premium. Tempo Timesheets and JSM are sold separately by Atlassian regardless of Jira tier. Trello Premium time-tracking and ticketing require third-party Power-Ups or separate tooling. Each scrumRithm tenancy is tier-locked — Basic Workspaces run only Basic scrums. To run Pro scrums (AI Epic Builder, native ticketing, time tracking), customers add a Pro Workspace as a second tenancy; the second workspace fee is waived and only its scrums bill. All charges reported to and billed by Account Console®.

Volume thresholds count distinct additional scrums billing in a period on a single workspace, not total scrums across multiple workspaces and not scrum-days. A customer running a Pro Workspace with 8 add'l Pro scrums plus a 2nd Basic Workspace with 4 Basic scrums gets the 15% discount on the 8 Pro add'ls (per scrum-day), not on the Basic scrums (which are below threshold). Each workspace is evaluated separately. Incubator Workspace per-diem rate ($0.97 in Year 1) is a program rate, not a discount, and does not stack with volume thresholds.
