Agency, Roles, and Compliance — A Major Administration and Access Release

New Features

• Agency Center: Introduced an Agency Center mirroring the agency feature from Account Console, including an agency dashboard, user invitations via email, agency CSV import, navigation link, and full controller, model, and mailer support.
• Manage Roles System: Added a role management system giving super admins the ability to assign and change roles across users, with dedicated UI and access controls.

Feature Updates

• Privacy Compliance Form — 8 Request Types: Expanded the privacy compliance form from 3 to 8 request types, adding Correct Information, Opt Out of Targeted Ads, Opt Out of Profiling, Limit Sensitive Information, and Appeal Previous Decision. Updated descriptions use more legally precise language. The status field has been renamed from "Not Processed" to "Intake."
• Contribution Types: Added Contribution Type options to the contribution workflow, with Primary and General consolidated into a single Amount field.
• Default Pagelets for Page Sets: Added missing pagelet types to Default Pagelets configuration in WMS settings.
• Image Config Defaults on Site Creation: New sites are now provisioned with default image configuration settings.

Feature Enhancements

• Social Publish UI Updates: UI improvements applied to the social media publishing interface.
• Backup & Restore — Aight Collections & Exclusions: Added 13 Aight tenant database models to the backup and restore system. Backup-time collection exclusion is now available, with the exclusion UI gated to Super Admins only. GhostWraighter form placeholders converted to below-field hint text.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed observed bug in URL embed.
• Fixed observed bugs in Creator Hub.
