Previously, copying and pasting into structure would strip all formatting from the text, in order to avoid code that would break the page.
Now, when users copy text and paste into Structure, the important formatting will come with it. Bold, italics, colors, underlines, links, etc.
Pull text in from Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or anywhere else with minimal, if any, touch-up required.
Overwrite Warning
When two people are editing the same page, an alert will appear warning that another user is in the page, and saving the page may result in the loss of your colleague’s work. No more overwriting each other!
It will also present an option to send the colleague an email message – hey Ernie, are you finished editing this page?
*Smart copy copies the following; list items, bold, italic, underline, strike-through, tables, blockquotes, headings (if they are set as a heading) and links. Smart copy does not copy, inline html styles, css classes, font, font changes, color or font size.
