Companies & Projects Engine: Introduced a full CRM-style Companies and Projects management system featuring company profiles, threaded notes, contact assignments, phone call tracking, staff rep management with role support, search tag fields, and a My Companies filter. Projects include icon customization, work item associations, a 2-column detail layout, tabbed questionnaire responses, and auto-status recalculation driven by work item state.
Ticket Queue & Management Module: Added a dedicated Ticket Queue and Management module for structured support and task trafficking, including company auto-matching, staff rep notifications, support form embed capabilities, and company_id/company_uid field support via API.
AI-Powered Ticket Trafficking: Introduced AI-assisted ticket routing that analyzes team expertise tags and descriptions to intelligently suggest task assignments. Includes a customizable AI system prompt field in Integration Settings, multi-accept fix for suggestion cards, and exclusion of perpetual scrums from routing logic.
Support Form System: Added a configurable support form builder with staff matching, enabling organizations to route inbound support requests to the appropriate team members automatically.
MrSignIn SSO Integration: Transitioned authentication to MrSignIn Single Sign-On, replacing the legacy password login form with a streamlined "Continue with MrSignIn" flow. All auth routes now pass through /signin/ for a unified login experience across Market Rithm applications.
Aigotchu Integration: Added Aigotchu to scrumRithm, expanding third-party integration capabilities.

Feature Updates

QuickBase Sync Enhancements: Expanded the Companies/Projects engine with enhanced QuickBase synchronization for improved data consistency across platforms.
AC2 V2 Integration: Added AC2 V2 API endpoints, updated the External API Tester with V2 support, and added AC2 dev/alpha callback URLs to the allowed list.
Metrics Catalog Endpoint: Added a new GET /api/v1/metrics/catalog endpoint for programmatic access to available metrics definitions.
My Projects & Company Assignment Dashboard Cards: Added My Projects and Company Assignments cards to the dashboard for quick access to relevant work and organizational context.
CRM & Projects Admin Toggle: Added a Companies/Projects toggle to the admin panel for streamlined feature management.
Time Cards Report Edits & Filters: Updated time card reporting with refined filters and display edits.

Feature Enhancements

Work Item Cards — Project Icon & Company Display: Work item cards now display the associated project name and icon as a clickable link alongside the company, with tooltips in both the sprint board and backlog views.
Companies List Enhancements: Added an Actions column (View, Edit, Add Hours, Activate/Deactivate), moved Status to the first column, defaulted the status filter to Active, added per-page dropdown, and updated pagination to brand colors.
Project Detail Restructure: Redesigned the project detail page with a 2-column layout featuring an info card and work items sidebar, plus tabbed questionnaire responses with striped rows.
Edit Work Item Modal — Project Link: Added a project icon with tooltip to the Edit Work Item modal header, and exposed project-related fields via the WorkItemSerializer API.
Perpetual Sprint Reset Optimization: Optimized the perpetual sprint reset process for improved performance and reliability.
CSP & iframe Security Enhancements: Added an environment-driven CSP frame-ancestors allowlist and resolved iframe conflicts by reordering middleware so the allowlist runs correctly after XFrameOptionsMiddleware. Deep link hash (#wi=) is now cleared on modal close/save to prevent unintended reopening on refresh.
Project Status Auto-Recalculation Engine: Projects now automatically update their status based on the aggregate state of associated work items, reducing manual status management overhead.
