Feature Updates
- Priority Scale Reversed to P1=Critical Convention: WorkItem priority numbering now aligns with the industry-standard P1/P2/P3 convention. The scale has been inverted from 0=None..4=Critical to 1=Critical, 2=High, 3=Medium, 4=Low, 5=None — lower number means higher severity. A full data migration remaps all existing priority values across WorkItems, Epics, Stories, Tasks, Subtasks, BacklogItems, RecurringTaskTemplates, WorkItemTemplates, and WorkItemLog history entries. Critical (1) and High (2) priorities continue to require a priority reason.
- Priority Reason Required on All Create Paths: The Critical/High priority reason requirement now applies across every work item creation surface — backlog add modal, scrum board quick-add, ticket Create-Task modal, project create wizard manual WI form, and the API — matching the existing enforcement on edit.
- Projects List Overhaul: The Projects list now features a TomSelect AJAX company filter, a true multi-select Project Type filter, completed projects hidden by default with a Show/Hide Completed toggle, and row actions redesigned as icon buttons (View, Board View, Edit, Delete) with Bootstrap tooltips. Pagination preserves all active filters across page changes.
Feature Enhancements
- Work Item Modal Off-Scrum Fix: Work item modals now correctly populate sprint and assignee data when opened from outside the work item's owning scrum — including the alerts panel, dashboard, project detail, and company board. Assignee chips now show the user's name instead of a raw ID.
- Short Description Field Repositioned: The Short Description field has been moved to sit immediately above the Description field across all work item create and edit modals for a more logical content entry flow.
- Project Q&A Card Repositioned: The Project Q&A card on the project detail page has been moved from the right sidebar into the main left column directly beneath the tabber for improved readability.
- Board View Button Restored to Project Detail: The Board View button has been restored to the project detail page header alongside the Edit button.
- Project Create Wizard — AJAX Company Field: The Company field in the project create wizard now uses the same TomSelect AJAX dropdown as the Projects list, with preselection support and seamless contract loader integration.
