Feature Updates
- Scrum-First Work Item Templates: Work item templates now support a scrum assignment, with team derived automatically on save. Work items spawned from templates inherit the template's scrum. The project wizard, detail page, and manual PWI APIs now select scrum directly instead of team.
- Tenant Create API — Owner Invite URLs: The create-tenant API now returns invite_claim_url, invite_signin_url, and invite_expires_at for seamless Account Console and onboarding handoff.

- Timecard Service Selects — Unified Loading: Service TomSelect loading is now consistent across edit flows, resolving inconsistencies when editing existing time card entries.
- Font Awesome Kit Refresh: Updated to Font Awesome 7.3.0 with new icons including people-arrows, expand, and related glyphs, ensuring admin user action buttons render correctly in production.

- Upgraded Django to 5.2.16 to address security vulnerabilities PYSEC-2026-2090, 2091, and 2092.
