Feature Enhancements
- Ticket Archive: Tickets can now be archived via a toggle endpoint, removing them from the Queue and My Tickets views while keeping them accessible through the All Tickets view via an ?archived=1 filter and dedicated nav tab.
- Ticket Delete with Time-Entry Guard: Added ticket deletion capability with a built-in safeguard that prevents deletion of any ticket with logged time entries, protecting historical billing and reporting data.
- Company Resolution Test UI — MrSignIn Diagnostics: Enhanced the resolution test tool with full MrSignIn API diagnostics, including connection status, email lookup result, full API response, and key load status for faster integration troubleshooting.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed MrSignIn encryption to use raw RSA private-key encryption (privateEncrypt equivalent) instead of sign(), which was producing signatures the API could not parse after publicDecrypt.
- Fixed broken ticket Cancel, Resolve, Escalate, and Assign buttons caused by a duplicate const btnAssign declaration producing a SyntaxError that killed the entire script block.
