Know Your Customer — Intelligent Company Resolution and CSM Auto-Assignment
New Features
- Company Resolution Pipeline: Introduced a full multi-stage company resolution chain that automatically identifies and associates incoming tickets with the correct company using normalized exact matching, fuzzy matching via thefuzz, MrSignIn GetUserAttributes API lookup with RSA 4096-bit encryption, and auto-creation of unverified companies as a final fallback. Resolution metadata is stored on each ticket for full traceability.
- Company Resolution Test Tool: Added an interactive test tool to tenant settings featuring an email input and Test Resolution button that runs the full resolution chain and displays the matched company name, resolution method, confidence score, assigned CSM, or error inline.
Feature Updates
- Webhook Tenant Info: Webhook payloads now include tenant_id and tenant_name fields, providing multi-tenant consumers with the context needed to correctly route and process incoming events.
- Company Admin Enhancements: Added unverified company filter, verify action, and merge capability to the company admin panel for managing auto-created and unverified company records.
- Tenant Settings Section: Added a dedicated tenant settings section to the admin UI, housing company resolution configuration including fuzzy match thresholds and MrSignIn integration controls.
- CSM Auto-Assignment: Tickets are now automatically assigned to the designated Customer Success Manager (CSM) via CompanyStaffRep role lookup during ticket creation, eliminating manual routing for known accounts.
Feature Enhancements
- Ticket Detail — Company Resolution Info: Ticket detail views now display resolution metadata and include an Assign Company modal, giving support staff visibility into how a company was matched and the ability to manually override when needed.
- Ticket Queue — Company Column: Added a Company column to the ticket queue for at-a-glance company context across all open tickets.
- MrSignIn API Client: Implemented a full MrSignIn API client with RSA encryption, Django cache integration, and graceful skip mode for environments where the integration is unavailable.

- Fixed AC2 callback URL scheme from HTTP to HTTPS for alpha.accountconsole.com.
