Feature Updates
- Support Form Categories: Added category support to support forms, enabling better organization and routing of inbound support requests.
- Company Dashboard Attachment Aggregate View: Ticket, project, and work item attachments are now aggregated and displayed together on the company dashboard following the Notes section, providing a unified view of all associated files and links.
Feature Enhancements
- URL Link Attachments: Work items, tickets, and projects now support URL/link attachments in addition to file uploads. A dedicated Add Link button and form are available in the Work Item modal Attachments tab, with a link icon displayed on ticket detail and work item views for easy identification.
- Project Attachments: Introduced a dedicated ProjectAttachment model supporting both file uploads and link attachments, accessible via a new Attachments panel in the project detail sidebar with upload, drag-and-drop, and add-link capabilities.
